DISTANCE SELLING - YEAR 2000 REGULATIONS
You have the right to return any item ordered via this website for no reason and without penalty for a refund. This excludes consumables and used items. If you wish to return an order please email us. To return an unwanted order you must give us notice within seven working days starting on the day after the day you receive the goods from us. Alternatively, you can phone on +44 (0)7968 737 085 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org stating your order ID number and cancellation instructions. We shall refund the total amount of money paid by you for the goods, less any costs to collect the goods if required, within 30 days starting with the day on which we receive notice of cancellation in writing from you, and subject to the goods being correctly returned as detailed here.
OUR RETURNS POLICY
In addition to your statutory rights, we allow the return of any goods within 7 working days of you receiving your order for exchange or a credit note.
Any item(s) that is ordered by you that does not fit, may be returned to us for a credit note, or exchanged for a different item / size
Damaged / Defective Goods
Notification of receipt of damaged or defective goods must be received within seven days of the date of delivery. Goods can then be returned for replacement. Goods found not to be defective will be returned and the extra carriage costs will be charged to you.
Returns must arrive in the original manufacturers packaging and must be shipped the same way it was dispatched to ensure sufficient shipping insurance cover. You should send any returns using registered post to ensure safe carriage.
You will be responsible for all postage costs for returning any item(s). Please include a full description of the reason for the return and any other requirements.
The shopping basket can be used to assemble your order for whichever payment method you choose. The checkout page will offer options to pay by credit card or to print out your order to post to us with the payment method of your choice. The options are as follows.
Option 1 : Order with credit cards by secure server.
Option 2 : Print out your order and send it to us by post or fax.
Option 3 : Order by regular email.
We accept the following major credit cards: Visa, Access, Mastercard, Delta, Switch, Solo. There are no credit card surcharges.
We accept payments through PayPal. Just follow the links from the shopping cart to complete a PayPal payment.
Pay by Cheque
Crossed, drawn on a UK bank and paid in Pounds Sterling. Please make all cheques payable to: UKDR Clothing & Music Ltd Ltd. Allow five working days for cheque clearance.
Pay by Euro Cheque
We accept Euro Cheques from all European countries, payable in Pounds Stirling.
Pay by UK Postal Order
This is a safer alternative to sending cash through the post and is automatically insured from loss.
Direct Money Transfer
You can wire money directly to our bank account. Your local bank or post office will provide you with full details of how you can do this. Our bank details are available on request. If you fax or email us your receipt of payment, this will speed up dispatch of your order.
We can only accept cash sent by registered post. Please note that we cannot be held liable for any monies lost within the postal system. We accept pounds, euros and US dollars.
To make every effort to ensure that the clothing we supply are of the highest quality, fairly priced, reach you in good condition, and are delivered promptly.
Credit, Debit and Charge Cards
Credit, debit and charge cards are accepted without surcharge. However, we reserve the right to deliver only to the cardholders billing address. You may be asked to provide us with proof of your address at anytime. This is to prevent credit card fraud. Use of stolen credit cards will result in international police notification and court action in all cases.
Personal or business cheques are welcomed but clearance is required prior to order shipping. This can take up to five working days from when we receive the cheque.
We reserve the right to amend our prices without prior notice. All goods sold are subject to the prices ruling at the time of ordering. We are not obliged to supply goods to you until we have confirmed acceptance of your order.
Product and Availability
All orders and special offers are subject to availability. We stock over 3000 items and are sometimes dependent on our own suppliers to deliver stock. We will always try to inform you if an item is not in stock at the time when you place your order. We shall hold the order until all items are in stock unless you agree to pay additional shipping charges.
All clothing in stock is brand new.
Purchasing From Us
By submitting your order, you are offering to buy the goods. We will only use your personal details for the purposes of supplying those goods and will only pass those details on to the delivery sub-contractor. Customer credit cards are only charged when your order is ready for dispatch. No property or title of the goods shall pass from UKDanceRecords.com to the customer until payment has been received in full.
If your goods do not arrive within three days of dispatch, first call or email us to confirm your order has been shipped. Normal delivery time after dispatch is approximately one to two days.
If your goods do not arrive within eight days of dispatch first contact us to confirm that your order has been shipped. We can not investigate lost or missing parcels until eight days have elapsed.
All orders are mailed in strong packaging, with most being sent in protective Jiffy envelopes. These are sent by recorded delivery where possible. All other orders are shipped in appropriate strong packaging.
Will be calculated on the website for online orders, or quoted by telephone when ordering by mail order. For detailed shipping charges please click here, or to find out how much you will be charged for shipping, simply put the items you wish to purchase into your shopping cart, then click on "Checkout", then select the country you wish the goods to be posted to. The shopping cart will then calculate what you have to pay for shipping.

Import Duty and Taxes
It is your responsibility as the customer to pay all applicable customs fees and taxes for your country.
We may refuse to take your orders if we feel you have been false in your information. We reserve the right to amend our terms and conditions at any time without prior notification. We do not distribute customer details or e-mail addresses to third parties. YouLoveClothing.com marketing emails are only sent to consenting mailing list subscribers, and you can remove your details at any time. Contracts between us and you shall be governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
If you are not happy with your order or the service you have received you may contact our customer services department by telephone on +44 (0)7968 737 085 (calls are charged at standard national or international mobile rates). You may call in between the hours of 10 am and 5 pm, Monday to Saturday or you can email us at email@example.com. We will do our best to reply promptly.

Collection & Use of Information
When you order we require you to give your name and delivery address so that we can send your order out to you. We also require an email address so that you can receive confirmation a payment has been made, and confirmation of dispatch. Providing an email address also allows us to contact you if necessary regarding your order. If we haven't heard from you via email after a couple of days we will telephone you (UK only). It is therefore very helpful if you are able to leave a telephone number.
If you enter a competition or promotional feature, we will ask for your name, address and e-mail address so we can administer the contest and notify winners. We may send you emails from YouLoveClothing.com regarding new stock arrivals, new additions to our collections, special offers and promotions etc. If you would rather not receive this information, please send an email to Remove@YouLoveClothing.com
Protection of Customer Information
When you place an order, we use WorldPay's secure server. The 128Bit secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us, and WorldPay. YouLoveClothing.com only receives the information necessary to complete your order. As such we do not handle any credit card details, except where the details have been supplied directly by the customer. We do not store any credit card information.
Furthermore we follow strict security procedures in the storage of your order information in compliance with the UK Data Protection Acts of 1984 and 1998 to ensure your data is never compromised.
Disclosure of Information
YouLoveClothing.com does not supply your order information to third parties.
The terms of this contract do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
